Nikina70's Journal, 22 Feb 22

This morning I did:
Sydney Cummings - 30 Minute Upper Body Superset Workout | CRUSH - Day 14
with 4kg dumbbells. I probably could try this with 5kg, but it was a good workout none the less.

Also went for a 50 minute walk yesterday. Google Fit is finally tracking my steps again, after a week of reading nothing, so I'll try to keep it up for a few days whenever it's not raining. This afternoon it's at 5% chance so hopefully work won't get it in the way. Just trying for a minimum of 5000 steps whenever I can get out.

Still quite stressful with a bit of work and a bit of family stuff, which are both out of my control right now so I'm trying to just let it go, but I still have this uneasy feeling in the middle of my chest that won't leave me. Just trying to go through the motions of feeling fine and getting other things done. At least I'm still able to cope with normal work, but I just wish my normal mental and emotional state could just calm the F down (excuse my french). At the moment I'm holding on to 'fake it till you make it'.

Hope you all have a lovely Tuesday everyone! Hope some of you are able to really make it without the faking bit - either way - we'll be fine! xxx

Aah Kat! I'm happy to take it off you, but I wish we could all kick it to the curb once and for all instead of it floating around all the time. But such is life and we'll deal. I did get to go for a walk this afternoon so that helped alot. Hope you get out today too! 💕

It is raining like crazy at the moment. Might swim, might treadmill. Haven’t decided yet.

I love both those options. Hope you managed one and enjoyed it, Kat!👍💕
