I haven't been tracking my food and activity lately. I find myself with such a lack of motivation for anything. I figure I need to get back into the habit of doing this app again. On the good side, my weight has pretty much stayed between 220 and 214 and that's with not going to the gym since this Covid hit. I want to go back to the gym but I am waiting for the mask mandate to be lifted, I don't want to work out with a mask on and I like to do water aerobics.
99.9 kg Lost so far: 22.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
