thanks for your support your profile journal is touching sound like my son ,,, he is suffering a lot from his weight I pray for him all the time and would Love him to check out FS I have been a member for some time I stared at 244 lbs in November 2013 ,,I was so upset with myself as I had a cancer battle back in may of 2012 and lasted that whole year had it in 4 places of course chemo helped me lose then after chemo and I was in remission I will be darn if I dint gain it back I realized God had spared my life yet I was abusing my body that he gave me ,,,,, well that was the day I did start on a low carb high protein diet youtub was addictive and so many recipes and like watching TV ,,, still am amazed at all the info on there any ways then I had a knee replacement this June 2014 I eat that way till I got home from the hospital ,, still not really sure what happened but I kept throwing my food up that I had eaten since Nov to June from 244 to about 227 I think ?? with no problems in desperation to keep food down I eat a bowl of cereal I must admit I loved it so I started calorie counting but I must say I care more about staying under my RDI then the quality of food on weekends its a shame I could be eating more then not cookies crappy stuff ,, I have a long ways to go I'm now 210 <3 any ways I get it were your coming from <3 and thanks for the support ,,, I'm a bit sappy and do hearts all the time to every body just my nature <3 sweet dreams <3
