Nice bike ride today. 92 Minutes and 24.85 Miles. Legs felt great, but tired during the last 20 minutes. Still it was a good ride. Vegetable salad with cottage cheese (my normal lunch) and some fruit is in store for lunch today. Then, a repeat of last night with some "unstuffed cabbage" for dinner. Spouse made a huge pot of this last night that yielded 13 cups. I had 2 cups which amounted to about 300 calories. There were other foods, but that was the main course. Normally she makes with a pasta filler, but she used spaghetti squash, and it lowered the calories by almost 1/2. It's a really good winter dish. The weight is hanging around 180 - 190 consistently for the past few months. I still want to go to 180 or less, but it is not imperative to go much further. I like 175, but my wife says I look TOO skinny at that weight. Plus, my pants fit better between 175 - 180. Getting ready for the golf season and some consistently good rounds this year.
