Good morning FSF 🙋♀️ It's still the weekend, so there's still time to take the fam and the pets outside for some fresh air and MOVEMENT! Whether you've got snowflakes or sunbeams to play in...I encourage you to get up, get out and get movin!! Then come back in and log it in the FS exercise diary! Every little bit of gettin up, walking, standing, stretching, pacing, yoga, lifting, or 'whatever 😉' will burn some calories and help your overall health & well-being. Today I got up early and did 47 minutes of warm-up, stretching, cardio & strength (arms/bat wings) using YouTube instructors. Yesterday was a rest day for me, and I noticed this morning that I was reluctant (after just 1 day off!) to get going. My hubby got me a brand new FitBit Charge 5 (an early birthday present🎈) and I am determined to give IT a workout! It needs to 'pay for itself', right?? Enjoy today, my friends, and DON'T GIVE UP!💙👍🙏

We were twinning this morning. I did a utube dumbbell workout and it was pretty good. Very windy again here so outside workout not possible. Plays have with my asthma. Hope to see you tomorrow on zoom!!
