Haven't weighed in, but I'm pretty sure my weight is down from last week. This time last week I was two days prior to menstruation, and that was one of my crampy, pms-y periods ever. I had a terrible day on Monday. I had to leave work before lunch, nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and vomiting. And the stomach pain was unbearable. If that's anything like child birth...can't lie, it made me second guess the idea. It lasted half a day, then I was back to normal...just eating a little bit less.

I haven't been back to the gym, but I'm maintaining. I took a quick stroll downtown this afternoon, just to get some sunshine. Everytime I do that, I wonder why I don't do it daily.

After feeling better on Monday, hubby and I were able to explore our neighbourhood a bit. We jumped over part of the ravine, and journeyed part way down a trail. Doing things like that will be very relaxing for me in the Summertime. Something to look forward to.

I do feel like I'm in better shape. I have to really think about how I use (and abuse) sugar after lent I really think I've done something good for my health by cutting it out. would love to find out what my weight is at. Wouldn't doubt if I'm down another 2lbs.
