Apples, blueberries, Greek yogurt, pumpkin seeds, rolled oats, and flaxseed -- 469 calories, 24 grams protein, 11 grams fiber. I try to always get at least 10 grams of fiber every meal, so the flaxseed really helped on that front

Now this is my kind of meal. I use lowfat yogurt to reduce the calories. Kudos to you for increasing the fiber intake.

I have seen a lot of differing flaxseed at the market - I am going to get some and try that since it seems like a good fibre option. Just another source for a bit of variety. Thanks.

Snowwhite, you crack me up 😂 I've gotten hooked on trying to increase fiber as I've learned about the gut microbiome and its effects on overall health. I also try to incorporate fermented foods every day. I want to keep those little critters in my belly happy. Even though it's more calories, we make whole milk yogurt. I love it so much, I figure I'll cut back elsewhere.

I’m need to incorporate dairy back into my vegetarian diet. I am struggling to get enough protein without it. Looks great

Good reminder to add fiber! I had yogurt this morning and added fruit and pecans, but should have pulled out my flaxseed and included some. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I'm afraid I don't know what is meant by "sus" 🤔 As for tasting like dirt -- I disagree! I happen to like the flavor, but I was the weird kid who hated white bread and ate raw rolled oats as a snack 😂
