not doing too good but im trying to lower the fat and sugar... hope it starts working soon... i find that drinking the water instead of soda helps me more .....

Are you going to ww meetings or just following their diet plan? I love the McDonald's yogurt parfait (130 calories or 160 w/granola) or their oatmeal (295 calories) for breakfast. It sound like you eat out a lot--right?
