Just passin along the info folks!...(please don't call me a potty mouth) 😂🤦♀️ Had a great time with Zumba Toning with Letty, Acomandr & Mika this morning 💯 I'm finally getting the 'hang' of the moves and able to actually have fun with it 💃💪 Now it's time to get some breakfast and head off to get my hair trimmed/layered at a neighbor's that has turned a large garden shed into a cute "she-shed" hair salon! Thanks buenita 😊 I was worried that this somehow offended people...but I honestly thought it was good information (cuz we ALL gotta deal with needing to "go" at some time, right?) When I find useful tidbits about nutrition or losing weight or exercising, I like to pass it along in case it helps someone 💙

They need beets on that list! In recent months I've gotten into the whole concept of eating for your gut microbiome, and those little critters adore fiber. Tracking fiber is one of the biggest things I use FS for right now
