First nutrition of the day! I try to have higher protein bc I am a binge eater & I need to feel full longer, although it doesn’t work most of the time! Tips? Anyways So fat free Greek yogurt, French vanilla granola, chia seeds as well. 🖤

May be counter productive to the Keto and low carb diets but oatmeal is a great way to get clean long lasting energy throughout the day… I’ve found mixed with a protein powder it keeps me full for a long while!

Thank you hiking fanatic! & joeyd that’s what I’ve been doing this past week & I had the absolute shock of my life! I couldn’t believe how much I was eating, & how many calories butter has! I now have spray

Broth between meals. I get better than boullion vegetable and jazz it up with a few spices. Kcals so low you hardly need to log it but really help give a full tummy which smashes hunger. When I first started and hunger was crazy I would start my day with a large bag of frozen veg sprinkled with parm - instantly starting the day full.

I am the same way- the binge eating battle is real! Eating 20-30 grams of protein with a little bit of healthy fat every 2-3 hours has helped me. I also make an effort to get up and move around every hour or so to balance my blood sugar and control my craving. All my love, sister- you got this! 🙂

Yeah it is super dense in calories for sure…

I try to drink at least one full glass of water before I start eating a meal, helps me to feel full. I also have been eating Greek yogurt and my other preferred sources of protein are canned tuna, sliced ham, cheese (I like to mix it up with different flavors, Gouda, white cheddar, provolone).
