This morning I did:
Heather Robertson - Total Body Strength & Toning // Dumbbell Workout

I woke up late again and was tight on time, but I'm glad I got it done after 4 days with no workouts. Didn't jump for the jumping jacks and curtsy lunges were not my friend today so I just did squat to overhead press.

Thanks so much sweet Mermee! I don't usually mind curtsy lunges so much, but today something is funny with my hip and I've had it before so just want to take it a bit easy. It usually only lasts a day from past experience (fingers crossed) I did do lunges though and I'm wondering if those were what got my hip wonky today - old age I guess :) I have liked Bulgarian split squats in the past, but haven't seen it pop up on a workout lately. They are quite killer with the right weight - thanks for the reminder. I'll challenge myself to do some with my next workout as a bit of an add-on. Hope your neck twinge is feeling better today! Thank you for your well wishes for this year! I have set myself a few goals and I'm hoping to thoroughly smash them - working steadily at it. All the best to you too Mermee! xxx

Thanks, Nikina! I'm finally getting a lunch break at 2:30!😂 The day is going ok, but I'm sure glad to get to sit down and eat now! 😁 I hope your work week ends well!
