Such a treat to have real pecans in my 'dessert' tonight. Just might let the granola soak in the yoghurt a bit in future - they weren't kidding with the word Crisp... Lots of unnecessary sugar in both products, but still a relatively healthy option.

Thanks Wifey! Lol about the apple. Last week I must have subconsciously impressed myself so much by doing 160 total minutes of strength workouts that this week I seem to have just gone off it completely and haven't lifted a thing. Have been for walks the past 4 days though. Hoping to do one tomorrow morning, but I'll have to get out of bed mighty early. Already set my alarm, but I know I'll get back to it soon enough if I do hit snooze again. How is your 12 week program going? Are you still on track and enjoying it?

Nikina, I’m on track as much as I can be. A couple day behind because of the way she posts the daily workouts and I’m taking different rest days than Heather. It’s ok. I’ve adjusted and am fine with being behind. Some people gave up and started an entire week late to fit their schedule. I’m not sure why she did it this way with this plan, she’s never done anything like this before and she disgruntled a lot of people unfortunately. But I’m just thankful that it’s all free and I’ll get through it in my own time. Thanks for asking. 💖
