I've been using a free food log template from vertex42.com. I print off several at a time and keep them in one of those inexpensive clipboards with the storage compartment. Works great when you're not able to get online.  

Glad to see you back. Keep coming back as much as you're able. Great suggestion from Compuwise, see if you can get some tools to help you track food when you can't be online.

You have done an awesome job of losing. Every now and then a person has one or two of those "don't give a crap" days. But its very important to get back on track as you well know. Please pop in when you can! 

As Compuwise suggest, log it the old fashioned way even if you have to use one of those 99 cent notepads. Where there's a will, there's a way. You've had the will all the way up to this point, don't lose it now! Keep in touch to let us know how your doing.

thanks for the info.. i am keeping a log.. did not do very well yesterday on my rdi.. 2100+ will give another journal entry.. Today is a new day.. will start again..  

If you have a cell phone that has internet capabilities, you can get hotspot internet on your phone that will give your pc, etc internet. You will always have internet,if you have your phone with you. It was great when we went on vacay in the mountains of Tennesee. Mine costs about $30. a month, in addition to my regular phone bill, through Verizon. Can watch movies, check e-mail, play on-line games, do FS on my laptop, tablet, and phone at the same time. Kids love playig the games on the tablet when I am on the laptop. I can't watch Netflix movies on my TV with it. Guess you have to be house wired for that. Just a suggestion if you wanted to look into it.
