Last week a had gained a pound. This week I was hoping to at least lose that pound, but instead I have lost 6 pounds! What?! I have been consistent with my workouts and eating well. Guess it caught up to me this time! I am so happy! I stepped on that scale 3 times! Or more?! So that's a total of 23 pounds since the end of January! I am on my way! So proud. And it's getting easier and easier.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.7 kg a Week
