September was a terrible diet month.
New month - October.
New plan - Eating only between noon and 8 pm.
Started this plan yesterday - finished eating at 6 pm.
Drank water & tea thereafter.
Benefits of the plan -
I can wait til noon to eat.
I will drink more - especially in the morning and in the evening.
Usually drink water & hot tea.
Don't have to keep track of my eating.
Let's see how I do with this.
