Whenever I have a weight fluctuation, it's good for me to remember these types of things and not beat myself up. I stayed within my calories, I exercised and I got plenty of sleep. Therefore...I am possibly gaining muscle weight or I'm possibly in stage 3 of the illustration below, but I know that I FEEL good and have more mobility & energy than I have in years! Don't let the daily ups & downs get you 'down'...that's my advice for today💙
