Sooo... I've completely fallen off the wagon. I havent even been logging what I've eaten with the exception of the food I always eat. Honestly, I've been eating non-stop to the point I cant log in what I ate since I cant remember or determine how much I ate. I really need to get it together. I dont know exactly how I got here but need to get back to where I feel better about myself.

I've lost all motivation. I've injured my hand and cant climb which doesnt help. I cant even walking more than 30minutes because it hurts my feet (plantar fasciitis which I developed in the last 2 months). Physical therapy is helping with my feet so I should be happy that I can do 30minutes but admittedly I'm limping for a day or so after. I've been doing PT for a month 2x a week and bought orthopedic inserts (who knew they were hundreds of dollars!!) and I've only improved to 30minute walk!! So frustrating. Tomorrow I have an orthopedist appointment. Hopefully he can tell me what I did to my hand.

I need to figure something out cause this is nuts! I know I keep eating because I'm sitting around doing nothing. Ok, I'm done venting. Still mad at myself for gaining everything I lost last year.

plantar fasciitis sucks!! I'm sure your PT has told you this, but make sure you're stretching in the morning and before you go to bed as well. Mine lasted almost 10 months before I could really start to run again, so I feel your pain. I hope it heals quickly!

P$M I'm struggling with my calories too, know that you are not alone, but we are gonna get it together, and crush our goals. Let's start small and add on more good habits as time goes on, such as tracking your breakfast for 2 days and keeping it in your CICO range from days back when you were on track. You've got this, cheering you on🎉.

i got on diet meds from my dietician.. its called adipex. I have lost 15 pounds and every day more and i was at 250. so she said i need to eat under 1200 if im not exercising and 1500 if i am.. I am following that rule..its working. Get back to it..also i give myself a goal to walk 30 minutes at least and once im at gym..i do that slowly ..and Then work out. It gives me more energy less problems with my blood pressure and also i get to eat the 1500 cals that day if I want. Maybe you can try this too?

A lot of people here probably feel the same way. Continue to do the amount of walking that you can. Maybe add some ab work. Start whittling down your calorie intake but substituting fruit, veggies, and small amounts of dark chocolate until your spirits are higher.

Losing weight can be done at any time. I think the most important thing right now is to rest your body. I wish you a speedy recovery from your injuries.🙏
