I did stray a little on my Dunken woe last night but I didn't go as wild as I could have and I feel better about that. Today I did go to the gym for a 30 min treadmill and I feel good about that. I also went to the grocery store and bought just what I need on my plan that I am out of and started roasting the chicken thighs & lean pork roast that will be my lunches for the week, and I feel great about that! So far so good :-) Hope ALL are well in FS-Land & take care to ALL :-)
