Making it happen: I already wrote a journal for this day and the forces that be are having me write it again because my writing mysteriously went missing. Perhaps flukes like this happen for a reason. Now that I have to re-think it and put it into words a second time, it will really stick in my mind and the process will become a little easier from this day forward!
"If things are not stirred up, they grow stagnant. Stirring myself up and taking myself to a new level of exellence."
What and Why am I taking care of myself? It takes effort, dedication, focus, patience, and determination which is a delicate balancing act when I am juggling my roles of being a Mother, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Friend, Community Member, etc.
After yesterday's meeting with the trainer at the gym, Friday nights meeting with the Girl Scouts and today's work-out in the new fruit tree orchard at my daughters school, I realize I want to have an abundant supply of healthy energy so I can experience life and have wonderful moments with my loved ones. Taking care of my body to feel great energy, flexibility and have great range of motion to do things that I need and want to do.
