wow chris--i have plantar faciitus too----they say from playing catcher in baseball thru collge and my additional weight now---ouchhhh---icepicks in the heels---almost went cripple----shots---stretches--shoes and 32 pnds later its still there... ice bottles..towel pulls and lots of wifey massages...dont work--175 pnds will!
