Made it through my Zumba class (honestly didn't think I was going to survive). It was an hour long class, with no breaks. The instructor told me that at the start, said that if I needed a break, to just go ahead and take one, and that if any of the moves hurt or I couldn't catch the rhythm to just keep moving.
....at the 30 minute mark my thought was "....he's going to kill me with showtunes!" The instructor is a really nice older gent, about half a foot shorter than I am.
I'm really hoping that I'm not too sore to make it through my capoiera class tomorrow (good lord am I a glutton for punishment!)
