I have been terrible diet-wise for the last week or so....having a hard time getting back on track with the eating. Tomorrow though, I have signed up for a zumba class at a local gym, and Thursday I have my first capoiera class (click here to see what capoiera looks like). I doubt I'll be doing anything as crazy as the video, but it should be a good workout.

I snagged a pass for yfpassport.com via Groupon, which is a really neat site that partners with local gyms in your area to allow you to book classes at various gyms without having a membership. I can opt to do yoga one day, kickboxing the next.

If anyone is interested, the deal is still going on.You pay $20 and its good for 30 classes (less than a dollar a class, I can't argue with that!) and you have 6 months to use all 30 classes.

Capoiera looks fun, but I'm such a klutz that I would probably just constantly injure myself (or others) =p If you find that's a fun way to get exercise I'm sure that'll help you out a lot with the weight loss.
