im losing motivation again, for a while there i thought i was doing quite well but now, my weight seems to come back up , i think its just water but still i hate the scale coming back up. last week i was 6 down and now im 4 up. i realy dont likeit, it makes me feel sad, and then comes the emotional eating... and the worst part i want to work out i want to eat good, but on days like this i just want to quit, it seems its a never ending story. i know i should give it some time, last time it took me 2 months to lose 10 pounds, but some how at this point it looks like its never ging to happen.
