Boy did I miss everyone here! 💙💙 I was advised to go to a "doctor run" program and a new app. I was all alone in my journey. I will admit that I did lose 10 pounds. but that was because I went back to my...I'm just gonna share with ya all my friends. I was not eating but once a day. then I would take laxatives on the weekends. I was trying so hard to please this new doctor and do this new plan so good. even though I really don't understand it. I finally broke down and told her that I didn't get the program and she got an attitude. I'm a stroke patient with dyslexia and other learning disabilities I'm starting with macular degeneration and she's giving crap over her app? Lol that rhymes..ha ha! But yeah! Guys I missed all of you! the people who accept me for Me and help me through this journey anyway.

Hi, Lorie! Welcome back. BI'm so sorry it didn't work out but so very glad you realized it wasn't right for you...and probably others. I sure couldn't have done it. There's no 1 way that works for everyone. I agree our FS family is amazing ❣️
