I “fell off the wagon” sort of speak. For the last 11 days I had stopped putting any thought into taking care of my health. I went away for 5 days to Montreal and with each day away I made poorer and poorer food choices that continued when I returned home. Furthermore, I only went to the gym once in the last 11 days. I am actually lucky I only gained 3.1 pounds but also I know how hard that was to originally lose and now I have to lose it again. BUT today is a restart. I am not giving up on my health. I will forgive myself instead of letting the guilt lead me to more poor choices as I have done in the past. Onward and downward 😝
