Did not do Home Exercise Yesterday, Didn't want to aggravate muscle.

Thanks Sadie, since I've been exercising, I've been back listening to music more than I have in the last few years. Got the idea of mentioning the music I'm listening to from ClassicRocker. Good idea to share what we're listening to, expand what we listen to. Any suggestions?
