Thanks y'all! Hubby and I are still enjoying😜 The recipe for buenitabishop - ginger, green onion, red onion, chicken buillion, thyme, allspice, liquid aminos, coconut sugar, nutmeg, lemon juice, habanero peppers (I used 2), ground peanuts, and a little Thai sweet chili sauce. Add a little sea salt if needed. Blend everything in a blender with a little water. Marinate the chicken with it for a few hours. Bake on 375 for 50 min. Turn over and broil on low for 10 min. Turn back over and broil on high for about 6 min. Done! I don't use exact recipe measurements. I just season everything to taste.

Looks like it will melt in your mouth!

It's definitely flavourful, and cooking it on 375 made it super tender.

That looks so good. So skin on and baked? The woman in my family never wrote down recipes, so I started a Facebook page called Nonnie’s Table, to collect recipes from my cousins and whoever, and now when I see something i like I put it there for them, like a virtual cookbook for them. If you get the time and don’t mind sharing I would love this recipe there, I mean if you are ever on Facebook. Thanks!!
