One more pound, and I will be only 65% of the woman I was 13mos ago.
That amazes me and I feel very proud of myself this morning.

78.0 kg Lost so far: 50.3 kg. Still to go: 16.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.3 kg a Week
