And now begins a new chapter I didn't think I'd ever got to. Maintenance mode! I admit I've never got to my goal weight, this is a whole new ballgame! I recalculated my caloric intake and it's seems crazy high, but I'm also starting a strength training regime so I'll see how it goes!

Although I am supposed to be losing weight, I think I am in “maintenance mode” right now. (It sound better than “I’ve been on a plateau for the last 9 weeks 😂) It’s a different skill set and that’s a fact. Good luck! You will do fine.
