And now begins a new chapter I didn't think I'd ever got to. Maintenance mode! I admit I've never got to my goal weight, this is a whole new ballgame! I recalculated my caloric intake and it's seems crazy high, but I'm also starting a strength training regime so I'll see how it goes!
