Scale was down a little today, but I've decided not to record an official weigh-in more than twice a week (maybe once a week...we'll see). At this point I plan to record an official weigh-in on Wednesday and either Saturday or Sunday. I'll see if that is the correct balance for motivation.

Went to the dentist this morning for a filling and then after doing some banking for my mom I came home and cleaned up the front porch and front yard. I never remember my yard and porch getting so messy when we lived in the city. Now that we live in the country it seems like everyone thinks it's okay to leave stuff laying around. I put away car tools (DS), yard tools (GoodMan), bicycle helmets (grands), pop/beer cans (DS, DIL, grands), sidewalk chalk (littlest grand), baseball gloves - football equipment - even a hockey stick! (grands)...Thankfully we now live back in the woods, not seen from the road, and at least now if the UPS guy drives up the driveway I won't be mortified! Why is it this stuff never bothers anyone else?

You did a good thing about putting the scale down. Concentrate more on how your clothes fit, as you tend to lose inches faster than pounds. You have done a great, keep up the good work.
