Yesterday I did:
Juice & Toya - 60 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout [Strength & Conditioning]

Another great workout and didn't have to modify much at all. Just got a bit confused when they switched sides sometimes (when I thought they were alternating from the start) and vice-versa - so I had to pause a few times to get things even. That's what happens when you go off into your own headspace during a workout, but it's all good!

Last week my average calories were 2000 - same as the week before. The week prior to that was 2140. So, still lots of room for improvement and this week should be better. Doing IF 16:8 for 4 days if it continues to feel ok. I need to change my schedule up a bit for work so I think workouts will be moving to the evenings so then I'll have 'breakfast' with my protein powder at noon. Not sure how much it matters what time of day you take it and I'll have dinner before I workout so it should be fine.

So I ended up with 195 mins of strength/dumbbell workouts. The week before was 175 mins. Walking this week was helped by two Meetup walks so I did 9,800, 11,700, 7,200 and 13,600 with days in-between of not much at all. Much better than the previous week where I walked on only two days and didn't even make it to my 6,000 step target on those days. I don't think this week will be as good, but will try to take advantage of any good weather and at least hit 6,000 whenever possible.

Happy World Vegan Day!!! Hubby and I will try to eat Vegan for most of this month. We'll go back to our usual vegetarian over December and then do Veganuary as well. We'd decided to give it go even before realising it was Vegan Day today, but it fits nicely. Decided we won't worry too much if something we have has a bit of milk solids in the ingredients, but for the most part, if we're aware of it, we'll try to cut it out. Hence we've bought Dairy Free cheese for him to try and we'll be forgoing our usual hot chocolate and other chocolate in the evenings.

We've been buying dairy free milk and yoghurt since we got to the UK anyway so it's not much of a switch. And I'll try to make our hot chocolate with just normal cocoa and soya milk and will probably bake a banana loaf soon as a treat. Also got some vegan ginger biscuits and crisps for him and there really are so many options in stores these days that I know we won't struggle.

Hope everyone has a fabulous November! xxx
