Slept well, must have gotten up during the night though as bedroom door was open this morning, but felt good upon getting up. No edema this morning at all. nude wt 186.8 this morning so have probably gained a bit from all the bananas I've been eating! Froze them and they are yummy frozen! Baaad girl! LOL
