I'm tired of being fat, again!

So this week I plan to get my eating habits under control, weigh in next Sunday and officially restart my diet.

I have no idea what I weigh at the moment, but I know the biggest clothes I have are a now a tight fit, which means I have likely topped out over the highest I have ever been and I am done with being fat - done!

Me too, Adam. I can no longer use my kids made me fat excuse because that was nearly 30 years ago. I have challenged myself to lose 10 pounds by September 29th. I start tomorrow bringing planned meals to work (shakes and raisin bran for crunch). Of course, I will eat dinner at 7:00 instead of 9:00; walk 10 minutes daily inside the building after clocking out from work; and drink lime or lemon squeezed water along with apples for snacks. I am keeping it simple, so I don't fail.
