I really blew it tonight.. had a picnic with my kids (all except for one- they all moved out all at once-- same apartment).. just did not really care of watching what I was eating.. guessing how much I ate tonight.. maybe went over board.. not sure.. Tomorrow back on the horse

Well pilgrim.....wait you already used that line on me! One day off does not a disaster make, especially when you enjoyed it with your family. Even if you went overboard it's only 1 day, climb back aboard. Hey, it's not bad knowing I'm not the only one who fell overboard! Let's get back topside.

I agree..back on the horse.. tomorrow.. had one brownie.. oh boy oh boy oh boy.. had another and then a third.. DANGEROUS...
