You are still logging, the only day you truly are going the wrong direction is when you start lying to yourself and stop logging. I see truth and effort in you - with time it will pay✨

Tim is right...many things effect our weigh-ins. I have come to realize there will ALWAYS be these little fluctuations...it's just a natural thing based on salt intake, activity levels day to day, bowel movements (sorry 🤭), fluid intake, inflammation....many NCRs (non calorie reasons). keep logging, making mindful choices meal to meal and be kind to yourself, ok?
