Looks great I have never had spinach and egg Does it enhance the flavor

Most definitely! I am low carb so I start out with a little bacon drippings and make sure the liquid is out of your Spinach if using canned. Salt and pepper to taste and one egg per can. Whisk the eggs into your pan after you have the liquid cooked out and scramble in the eggs until cooked through. One of my faves!
