This morning I did: Caroline Girvan - EPIC COMPLEXES - Full Body Dumbbell Workout | EPIC III Day 4
Such a great workout! Definitely one to be repeated soon. Some modification was needed so it will be interesting to see if/how I improve the more I do them. Really loved that there were RDL moves close to the start already and a few varieties of lunges instead of tons of them all the way through. I also just do them stationery - keeping my feet in place and not stepping out each time - which just feels better for me. And the curtsy lunges were good too.
The overhead presses were really challenging so I ended up doing one side at a time for those, but looking forward to being able to do them properly. Had to stop and catch my breath more than once and actually felt really sick at one point, but thankfully got through it. This is all just for my own notes so I can compare if I do the same workout in future (if I remember) or can see progress with time (hopefully).
Went for a walk in to town with Hubby afterwards so a good 82 move minutes. Such a beautiful day with clear blue skies after it's been raining steadily since Sunday. I was also pleasantly surprised this morning at the scale saying 68.7kg. Hoping it will hold for Friday morning's weigh-in.
Have a great Wednesday everybody! xxx
