just about any "healthy" alternative to something just doesn't compare. most are not even close to being good.

The recipe could probably be tweaked for more flavor...but I am not a good enough cook to know if the consistency would change the cooking time, etc....bottom line, I probably won't make these again 🙃

They look good. Good for you. Keep trying. Mine are hit and miss. I do have a banana bread I lightened up with decreasing sugar by half, subbing 0% fat free Greek yogurt for sour cream. 👍
