It’s better still quite sore it’ll probably take a while to get over this I think I have to eat soft foods for two weeks Then gradually resume regular diet as tolerated. Trying to avoid the chicken pot pies and macaroni and cheese I have stuck in the freezer

It has quite a bit of Romain lettuce on it but it gives it a sweet taste which is not unpleasant at all and gives it some bulk in volume
