I was walking 10k steps 5 days a week and Wight lifting, I start with high carb and reduced it to low and than no carb to see more results.. and I have weekly one cheat day full day Friday which I'm not recommended it , better if you take cheat meal than cheat day
97 kg Lost so far: 13 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you're only eating a few hundred calories a day, how much carb cycling could you possibly be doing?

i start with 150 carb and than 75 , now around 10 only . but of course I can't continue with 10 gram carb I'm planing to increase it again . spcialy my wife make a macaroni with cheese and chicken today 😋
