Carbing up this morning and throughout the day. Let’s have a big workout tonight.

Bench 50 5x5 no Efin problem so many carbs today

Squat 65 5x5 got this.

Back row 50 hit the form and squeeze hard 5x5 got em ok


Abs captains chair - try a windshield wiper
Ball sits, squeeze it

Pecs upper chest cable cross low to high. One side at a time work the oblique with the high cross

27.5 plus the little guy. 4x10 check
Added incline dumbbell 40lbs 4x 10
93.8 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
