Slept fine, dog got me up at 2 to go out, not sure why---he didn't go to the bathroom...went back to sleep okay though...got up at "old" 7:00 (the new 8 since the time change) still have 1+ edema this morning and wt was 188.5 in my jammies, last night was 190.2--legs burning a bit too. Went ahead and took the 40 mg of lasix with my morning meds.
FBS 112 this morning...didn't eat til 10:30 this morning, wasn't hungry really til then. I'm on the challenge about "eat when you are hungry" so that may put my meal times "off" center today...and "eat what you want" and I did that...ate the irish oatmeal which I have come to like so well. With some skim milk and a touch of brown sugar and a small pat of butter. warms the cockles of my heart!
