I was pleasantly surprised to see that I lost another 1/2# when I weighed in this morning. Despite the fact that I jinxed myself with that darn cookie dough, the diet continues to work its magic. I am a little worried that I won't be able to get my water in today as we have to travel 3.5 hours for a funeral and I know we can't stop every 45 minutes for me to pee. Guess all that water has a downside but I think I'll be able to get at least a liter in for the round trip.
I did get my liter of water in and I was able to eat today withoutgoing off the diet despite the fact that we were at a large family function. I ate quite a bit less than my calorie allotment and only fit in half of the water but at least I stayed in the carb range. Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.
