Good morning. What a very nice day is in order. Low 70s, very unusual for here. Today I am staying on plan and am trying to get more exercise in. I missed my golf day yesterday and that is usually my exercise. I have nothing going on the I need to talk about, all is right with the world. We stopped at roadside stand yesterday my husband wanted to get a watermelon. They were all huge, too big for the 2 of us. They didn't have any black diamond so he didn't buy one. We did get some of the best tasting peaches though. They were sweet and juicy. I ate two. I was glad he didn't get the watermelon because I know I couldn't leave it alone and the carb count is too high for my meal plan.

Watermelon is never on my meal plan either, but I have been eating it since we are serving it to guests. At least they taste good in Summer. Eating it in the Winter just seems strange.
