Every Saturday is high cal/high carb. I stay away from sugars but Saturdays are fun, a nice reward for working hard and being disciplined all week! Always reward yourself with something, you deserve it, you earned it!!

Yes I had an early start yesterday with two cheese pizzas 🍕 and one blue cheese with buffalo sauce covered chicken wing. It was divine yum 🤤
