Up 0.2 lbs from last week. Daily pics didn’t include bad choices (sweets & treats), which basically doubled the calories. No counting on Sat/Sun either (fast food, Chinese, pizza & lots of sugar). Will try again this week.

Thank you. It’s been a crazy few weeks and it doesn’t look like the chaos is about to ease up anytime soon. It looks like I’ll be taking another week off, so I won’t be checking in here until life settles a little. One thing at a time, right?
