Up 0.2 lbs from last week. Daily pics didn’t include bad choices (sweets & treats), which basically doubled the calories. No counting on Sat/Sun either (fast food, Chinese, pizza & lots of sugar). Will try again this week.

puffed wheat, blueberries, watermelon // toasted tomato sandwich, corn on the cob // purple cabbage, fennel bulb, sugar snap peas, carrots, garlicky mushrooms & onion, mixed beans, vermicelli noodles, all in a light teriyaki sauce // fancy banana 😉

egg & veggie breakfast burrito // tuna salad in a red bell pepper ‘bowl’, pickled beets, dill pickles // turmeric pasta, extra-lean ground beef, peas & carrots // too many no-no’s this week so far, so no fruity snacks :(
