I'm focusing on an important part of a healthy diet, dishes! Eating clean uses so many dishes. For people with issues around executive functioning cleaning and cooking may not be able to happen in the same sitting. I am just now getting in a groove around cleaning up in the morning so that we can cook healthy in the evening. Before anyone says I "should" clean up immediately after dinner I want to say 😝 and it's not possible while getting four kids to bed.
