So I am so obsessed with my new hobby of climbing that I tend to train for almost 4hrs without realizing it. Now I’ve torn some ligaments and tendons in my fingers. Never knew that was possible

Ouch, no surgery requires I hope. I just skimp through your entries, very cool that you've been everywhere and enjoying life. Keep it going.

Thanks Tai. And no surgery needed … I just had to back off on the climbing for now. Still a beginner and just completed all 5.7 grades when I hurt my fingers. So I’ve spent the month doing 5.5 and 5.6 and not more than 6 routes a visit. Hopefully this month I can get back to 5.7 and start on the next level of 5.8

Ah I just did a quick understanding of grades. Good luck on your pursuit, but always be safe out there. You are already have so much adventures under your belt. Awesome.

Thanks Tai. I only sport climb so it’s pretty safe. I’ve been thinking outdoors but not sure I won’t freak out. I have vertigo so I get dizzy and lightheaded when I’m high up. Luckily climbing is mostly looking up and down is only for foot placement
