Knees hurt...hips hurt. Workout and run must have been a little bit more than I needed last night. I'll be spending the day walking around keeping things loose.

Not sure if it's just in my head, but drinking a glass of Diet Tonic water after working out keeps the aches away. It contains Quinine and that's supposed to help with inflammation. Maybe give it a go?

A session of yoga on your days off helps to keep things loose. :)

Definitely yoga it up or some stretching, free up that lactic acid! Drink plenty of water too, that will help :)
